Michelle Caffarella, Sales Agent

Michelle Caffarella, a South Jersey native, is one of three siblings. Following her graduation from high school, Michelle pursued a degree in Criminal Justice at Cumberland County College. For the past 22 years, she has served as a dedicated officer with the New Jersey Department of Corrections and recently earned a promotion to Sergeant. 

In May 2024, Michelle married Anthony Caffarella, a successful contractor in the Cape May area. Together, they share a passion for fishing, golfing, and motorcycling. Michelle is also an avid foodie who loves exploring local restaurants and experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen. 

Committed to her community, Michelle has been a steadfast volunteer with the New Jersey Special Olympics for several years. She actively participates in and organizes local 5K events, further demonstrating her dedication to giving back.
