Bill Porch, Salesperson

A resident of Cape May County for over 40 years, William (Bill) Porch – obtained his Real Estate License in 1988 with a focus in commercial and residential properties in the Wildwood’s and Lower Twp area. Bill took a brief leave from Real Estate Sales and in September 2022 re-entered the Real Estate Profession, joining the Homestead team with great enthusiasm.

Bill is a father of two grown children who reside in Cape May County and a proud grandfather.

Bill has always been active as a volunteer serving as an Emergency Medical Technician and Former President of the North Wildwood Rescue Squad. Bill also served as a baseball and softball coach, and umpire for both the Great Wildwood and Lower/Cape May Little League organizations for many years.

After a 28- year career as a Police Officer for the City of North Wildwood, Bill retired at the Rank of Master Patrol Officer III. Bill has continued his role in serving College Campuses and citizens of the State of New Jersey as a Public Safety Officer for various agencies within the State. Bill’s public service and Real Estate background have given him years of experience and an understanding of how to best meet clients’ and customers’ needs.

Bill enjoys traveling, golfing, building, working on cars, and spending time with family and friends.
