Rachel Arena, Salesperson
Born and raised in Cape May, Rachel Arena is a true local and lover of our unique beach town. After graduating Lower Cape May Regional Highschool Rachel attended Atlantic Cape Community College, receiving an Associate's Degree. However, a traditional education was not enough for her adventurous spirit and Rachel spent the next few years making the world her classroom. She has traveled overseas with a farming exchange program to different countries and spent multiple years returning to a family-owned farm in Hawaii where she honed her coffee roasting knowledge. These experiences further instilled a passion for community and hard-work that Rachel brings to everything she does and promises to bring to every single real estate venture. She has an unwavering aptitude for problem solving and naturally falls into positions of leadership when provided the opportunity. Most importantly, Rachel's positive attitude shines through in her personal and professional life. She knows every problem has an answer and she is eager to find it. Having worked in the service industry for half her life, she knows the importance of showing up and ensuring that her guests have a great experience. That translates into all aspects of life for Rachel-- whether you're selling, renting, or buying a house, every experience matters-- she is here to emphasize that in the world of Real Estate.
Being one of four children, family is very special to Rachel. Most people who know her will mention her twin sister, Robin, with whom she has worked, lived and traveled over the course of their lives. Together they hope to own and operate their own sustainable farm one day, their green thumbs having been passed down for generations on both sides of the family. Rachel found love in our very own Cape May a few summers ago when she met her husband, Nick Arena, another member of the Homestead Real Estate team. Between the two of them, you will never run out of good times or conversations... especially about sports (we're looking at you, Nick)! After all of the wonderful things Cape May has provided for Rachel, coupled with all of her various experiences in other places, she feels she is right where she should be and cannot wait to serve the people of Cape May by helping them find the homes of their dreams.
