Zohndra Vogdes, Salesperson

Zohndra, a second-generation realtor, was born and raised in Cape May. She attended Lower Cape May Regional High School and continued her education at West Chester University in Pennsylvania where she studied Management and Accounting. As her college graduation approached and she began looking for a place to settle down and begin her career, she was immediately drawn back to Cape May because of its Victorian charm and pristine beaches. Zohndra’s interest in real estate piqued when she purchased and renovated her first home in 2019 and with family ties in real estate, she decided to get her license and join the Homestead team.    

As a proud member of the Homestead family, Zohndra believes real estate is much more than just simply buying and selling a home. She leads her clients by building a trusting relationship and with her hard work and integrity. 

When Zohndra is not working she can be found enjoying a beach day at Stegers, exploring all that Cape May has to offer with her boyfriend, or walking her black Labrador Retriever, Delilah. Give her a call; she would love to show you around.
