Nicholas Arena, Salesperson
Growing up in Voorhees, New Jersey just 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia, Nick was so thankful to have never missed spending at least one or two weeks out of the year at the Jersey Shore where his love for the beach began and where he vowed to one day work and live. Nick was raised in an old-school Italian family where hard work and family values were learned as a child. These family values, coupled with Nick’s outgoing, positive, and competitive nature made choosing a career in Real Estate a perfect fit. Nick attended Paul VI High School in Haddonfield and continued his education receiving a Bachelor’s in Communications studying Television and Film production at Rowan University. While Nick was in school he worked at the locally renowned Giumarellos restaurant in Westmont starting as a busboy and working his way up to bartender.
Upon graduating Nick got a job with NFL Films and worked there for six years. He was also a salesperson for Nissan for only a few months but was the top sales person at the dealership and really got the sales itch. Currently, he works part-time locally at the prestigious Washington Inn as a bartender in the evenings. As a child growing up playing sports, one of the biggest lessons he learned from his father is that there may be people on the court or field with more size or God given ability but you cannot teach heart, passion, and effort. Nick was never the biggest or strongest kid on the basketball court or baseball field but was always one of the best because of his tenacity and will to always leave everything on the field. This is exactly the heart and effort Nick brings to the Real Estate World. Nick offers his clients and customers his very best whether you are interested in buying or selling your home. Nick will give you his best efforts. His work ethic and passion for sports is translated into his passion for Real Estate. You will love working with Nick and will never be disappointed.
Fast forward to today where Nick resides in West Cape May full time with the love of his life, Rachel whom he met at the Washington inn. He is committed to never leaving the shore and making his childhood dream a reality.
